Very well established company recruiting.
The person would need more focussed experience on Sage CRM, maintaining SQL database, Operational support to Sales and Brand staff, data analysis and processes. Project management and report writing. Dashboard implementation for sales and operational staff. Implementation of CRM tools and modules.

Responsibilities

Maintain the CRM system – Sage CRM
SQL data base experience
Provide user support and training
Create views and reports
Ensure set up and roll out of new projects within the CRM system
Develop CRM system along with the various departments to enable more efficiency in their jobs
Keep integrity of data
Error exception handling
Work with Sales and Brand to ensure contacts are correctly profiled in CRM
Work towards CRM driving a large part of the company processes

Competencies

Must have experience - 3 years + (or in a similar position)
Strong administration background
Proficiency in Excel a prerequisite
Cope well under pressure
Take on new processes from time to time
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Work well in a team
Attention to detail
