Experienced CRM Technical Consultant required for a reputable Company in Sandton

Responsible for designing new systems and major changes to existing systems and is responsible for the design of relevant databases, in conjunction with the Data Architect. Owning the technical of CRM systems

Qualifications

• IT Diploma/ NQF Level 6
• ITIL Certification
• MCSE -CRM Dynamics is an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years relevant IT industry experience
• Specialized technical experience and a proven technical background
• Proven ability to solve complex problems
• Manage and mitigate risks
• Experience in Stakeholder Management including vendor engagement and related SLA’s
• Experience with business process enablement and the technical management of large scale enterprise CRM solutions
• Request for proposal management, experience in supporting customised applications
• C# and .NET development experience is an advantage
• MS-SQL database management including stored procedure development, scripting and queries
• Application monitoring and reporting
