Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 3 x years’ experience in SAP CRM technical development, incorporating deployment of at least three CRM service management solutions
• Experience in service request configuration and interaction centre configuration and development.
Knowledge and Skills Discipline Specific Skills:
• Proven experience of both functional and technical build in SAP CRM Service Management implementations with Interaction Centre deployments spanning at least three such solutions.
• Interpersonal, Communication and Facilitation skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required, without losing the urgency to complete the tasks at hand.
• The ability to work with others as part of a team and the confidence to engage directly with stakeholders as and when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 3 x years’ experience in SAP CRM technical development, incorporating deployment of at least three CRM service management solutions
• Experience in service request configuration and interaction centre configuration and development.
• Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably with SAP Certification will be advantageous.
