Min. of 10 years IT experience software development
Plus 5 years Senior Management experience overseeing the overall IT Division including both Development and Technical Support with at least 10-20 staff
Very good Coding and Programming skills
People Management & Leadership Skills
Project Management exp.
Provide vision leadership for developing implementation
Information technology strategy.
Strategic Planning in Information Management strategy in alignment with strategic direction of the business
Establish IT department goals, operating procedures
Manage overall IT Division, including both the Software Development manage - Technical teams by planning - organising to ensure optimal IT support to the business.
Deployment, systems software /enhancements existing applications
Continuous improvement - quality of code, architecture - processes in development team
Provide guidance/ execution of IT governance, risk management, security management and compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks using policies and best practices.
Technical Support Management/IT Architecture ,develop and maintain an IT infrastructure that supports the needs of the business
Disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Manage the development enhancement business applications, website
Financial Management to identify opportunities for cost-effective investment of IT systems management of Service Level Agreements of suppliers of IT goods and services
Manage annual operating / capital budgets for IT
People Management performance management, recruit, and training & develop retention of IT staff
Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead teams to execute the business vision
Prepared to relocate at own costs if needed.
