AA21218 - A Curio and Coffee shop situated at the Skukuza Airport in Mpumalanga seeks a Curio and Coffee Shop Manager with the following qualifications: Relevant Hospitality/Retail qualification is a strong advantage.Duties will include the following: General Management of the Curio and Coffee Shop. Manage, train and motivate staff. Manage stock. Ordering of Stock and Stock Control. Ensure that stock is displayed neatly and practically to entice sales. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of Kitchen and Front of House areas. The position is an 8am to 5pm role. Previous experience within a similar position essential.The candidate must have the following skills: Computer Literate. Valid Driver's License. Own Transport. Exceptional administration, ordering and stock control experience and skills. Good leadership skills. Able to interact well with Guests and Staff.
