You will be responsible for a portfolio of customers, managing their day to day requirements and development. Business retention and strategic review, customer retention, adherence to SLA, problem solving abilities, well above average English communication (verbal and written), providing logical and clear solutions is essential. Excellent business acumen and an understanding of the product, market trends and someone who adds value to both the customer and the company will be expected.

Besides sales, you will be expected to spend 50% of your time on admin, managing tenders and quotation processes, workflow and quality checks, as well as collection analyses, E check in files and report writing. You would therefore be expected to have experience in this area.
