JOB DESCRIPTION:
S/he will play a major role in providing an interface between the client and the company. The ability toproject a professional company image through phone/email interaction with clients while establishing a good rapport. Providing information in response to inquiries about services, and the ability to handle and resolve complaints and conflicts. S/he must have a good sense of customer care in order to find the best way of effectively resolving claims, for the benefit of both the company and the client.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have completed their BAC (Matric /A’ Levels/ High school certificate).
- Must be able to work independently and have a sense of duty.
- Must speak and write French and English fluently
- Strictness and responsiveness are essential to this post
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Interact with clients; respond to & handle requests & inquiries
- Identify, research and resolve client concerns, issues or complaints
- Ensuring follow up on any inquiries, concerns or complaints not immediately resolved
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
