Role:

A Customer care assistant is required in a food production industry for a fast growing business in the Durban North/ Umhlanga area (KZN).

1)      Technical Skills & Experience:

1. Must have a matric certificate.
2. A relevant Diploma or Degree in Administration.
3. 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
4. Experience in a customer care/ service orientated role.
5. Must be Computer Literate
6.  Excellent  Administration and Clerical skills

2)      Behavioural Skills & Experience:

1. Excellent  verbal  and written skills
2. Great organisation and administrative abilities
3. Must have an assertive and professional demeanour
4. Confident  personality and a go-getter
5. Ability to work within a team
6. Must have  an accurate and timeous work ethic
