Candidate must be a strong personality type that can deal with clients from all walks of life and backgrounds right up to top management and be able to stand their ground in argumentative contractual issues, a peoples person and lastly a positive attitude and problem solver.

Hygiene business applicants will be ideal or contractual sales would do as well.

Core duties will be as follows:
• To maintain and develop relationships with the Branches existing client base.
• To perform onsite inspections and Q&A reports with monthly documented client meetings.
• To manage all complaints and queries from the client ensuring these are completed timeously to the clients and Companies expectations.
• To maintain & protect the portfolio value by keeping the termination rate below the budgeted percentage (%).

Suitable qualified candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence.
• Own Vehicle.
• Matric or Equivalent Qualification.
• Good Verbal and written communication Skills.
• Good time management skills to perform daily tasks without supervision.
• Ability to interact with clients at all levels.
• Experience in the Hygiene & Pest Control – and/or Service Industry will be an advantage.
• Good Computer Literacy.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Neat & Presentable at all times.
