company requires a Customer Care Consultant to maintain and improve relationships with the existing customer base.
The consultant will be required to contact Company customers to ensure customer satisfaction also looking for opportunities to up sell or upgrade the customer.
Other responsibilities would be to obtain letters of reference or customers willing to allow site visits of potential client customers.
The Customer Care consultant will also be given the knowledge to deal with inbound leads just requiring a quotation or information to be sent.
company will provide the necessary training, tools and assistance to achieve this.
