Requirements:
• Matric and post-matric admin qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in a customer care environment
• MS Office skills
• Good English and Afrikaans skills
• Sales and marketing skills would be an advantage
• Mature, professional and excellent telephone manner
• Friendly and energetic voice projection
• Good people & organising skills
• Good team player
• Valid driver’s license
• Calm demeanour under stress situations
• Knowledge of the health industry would be beneficial

Duties
• Deal effectively & accurately with telephone orders
• Liaison with local and overseas clients
• Correct processing of orders on in-house system
• Prioritisation of orders for clients
• Compile order summary and costing
• Liaising with team members to execute order
• Manage team members in warehouse
• Deal with client queries and solve problems
• Report directly to manager
