Our client is a developer who has a proven track record in delivering world-class mobile apps for millions of users around the globe and across multiple platforms and languages utilising the latest QR matrix barcode who are focusing on the hospitality market initially. This position calls for an active highly organized individual to be the contact between the client and the company and able to work independently.
To ensure introduction is made to merchant/ customer within 24 hours from go live/ training consultant
To consistently ensure new staff and managers are trained
To escalate all feedback via a feedback form/ health report and to take ownership and follow through any problems
Records of feedback forms to be kept at sales head office for each region – a feedback report to be sent to Sales Manager weekly
To consistently maintain general observation and spend time in each restaurant/cafe
To work closely with marketing and sales manager
Ensure marketing merchandise is displayed and replenished
To ensure each merchant is visited at least once a month and to work to roster set out by sales manager. It will be more than once a month, probably weekly or fortnightly; preferably to meet with owner or manager to increase transactions and new users. There will always be incentive to grow the number (as per new commission model)
To generate sales leads
To assist customers with product and service information
To ensure timeous and friendly interaction with all merchants and customers by providing them with information to address enquiries regarding our product and services
To deal with and escalate any customer complaints
Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems
Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge - Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks
To train, direct, motivate and guide
The CCC must ensure that all restaurant customer facing staff are knowledgeable and comfortable with the product.
The CCC must foster a relationship with the Restaurant staff, understand their environment and ensure that the companyis being promoted and used at the restaurant.
CCC to interact with waiters and build rapport and trust, build up their confidence in the product.
The CCC must ensure everything works and ask for issues and consumer feedback, re-enforce competition, take photos (check for events/specials).
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Customer Care,
