Main purpose: To be responsible for receiving customer orders daily & weekly and for processing orders and analyzing any fluctuations.

Key responsibility areas would include:
Responsible for providing information concerning changes and shipping to customer.
Inter acting with customer on a professional manner pertaining to any production or material constrains.
Ensuring that daily shipments accordingly to customer DCI is respected
Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.
Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
Determining the stock needed to maintain buffer.
Participates in production volume analysis and helps with the production forecast.
Follows up product deliveries to the customers, and coordinates any possible delay with customer.
Accomplishes internal policies and norms.
Support engineering changes
Dormant control
Database maintenance and use of customer system as required from Tier1 supplier base.
Support wall-to-wall inventory counts.

Key responsibility areas would include:
Regular management reports on the actual and forecasted status and performance of the area.
Health & Safety – Ensuring a safe working environment through maintaining environmental health and safety practices in the workplace.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: National Diploma or B-Tech Degree in Logistics or Purchasing Management.

RELATED EXPERIENCE: 3+ years experience required least
