One of our clients in the IT Industry is looking for a Customer Experience Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the analysis and review of existing services and the design of new customer centric services in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders and makes a positive impact on the ultimate customer experience in line with company customer experience strategy.

- Business Management/ IT/Business Analysis or related qualification
- Knowledge and experience of customer experience
- Product knowledge
- Contact Centre knowledge
- Management information knowledge
- Africa environment
- Customer Journey mapping
- Software lifecycles, methodologies
- System knowledge (such as IBS, CRM, Self Service, CX tools)
- Service design
- Data modeling understanding
