The candidate must have understanding of bad debt provisioning and Have experience in billing, collections and customer disputes. Some of the duties the candidate must perform are to: Support revenue generation and defend the customer base by developing an understanding of specific customer necessities and to Manage customer invoicing and reduce customer disputes.
