?h Assisting with general Administrative Duties (Banking, Petty Cash, Credit Card, Daily payments, Filing, etc.).
?h Managing Consultants Schedules (Bookings, Payments etc.)
?h Assisting of walk-in clients.
?h Retail Store visits.
?h Processing and dispatch of Retail Orders.
?h Retail Training.
?h Managing of displays and stock at stores and assisting with any Retail related queries.
?h Assisting with Seminar Registrations
?h Adhoc duties as and when needed.
?h Have a sound knowledge of business principles and sales.
?h An understanding of the sales cycle and selling skills.
?h Have very strong communication skills.
?h Ability to develop and grow excellent client relationships.
?h Experience and understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
?h Previous experience in a call centre environment.
?h Product knowledge of Pastel Payroll, Pastel Evolution Payroll and Evolution Accounting will be advantageous.
