Customer Liaison Officer (Technical)

Introduction

The position for a customer liaison offices – technical - has become available and we are looking for a suitable person that will demonstrate the acumen to have a passion for customer care. The post is pivotal in the organisation, being the point of contact for our customers from a support point of view.

Minimum Requirements

• A matric
• Drivers licence minimum code B
• Experience in the telecommunication industry will be a huge advantage

Job Specification

The ideal candidate will;

• Be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet business requirements.
• Have extensive computer skills, in particular with Windows Excel and Outlook.
• Be able to communicate with all stakeholders both internal and external.
• Have impeccable telephone manners and have the ability to calmly handle difficult clients at all times.
• Be able to listen to the customer with a sympathetic ear.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Have a strong organisational skills to prioritise jobs and work flow.
• Have an ability to learn quickly.
• Have a strong mind-set to follow procedure and to push back to staff that try and take shortcuts.
• Be a team player and partake in the activities that the company organise from time to time.

And last but not least the candidate must show understanding that the job is not done until the customer’s expectations have been met.
