A Pharmaceutical company based in Johannesburg seeks a Customer Liaison Planner with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry to join their team; the successful candidate must possess the following:

Responsibilities
• Ensure all system parameters necessary for Planning Customer Orders are correct and maintained:
• Plan and control the first line (customer orders) activities
• Responsible for Customer interface/liaison
• Ensure all orders are received, produced and are released for sale on time and in full. If not, communicate to customer accordingly
• Support target consistent with 95% customer service levels
• Supporting inventory turn goals (DSI) and doing capacity analysis
• Take responsibility for the Sales Tracker
• Ensure all Sale orders are opened on the ERP System
• Update related Excel spreadsheets, maintained and real-time
• Monitor and action the forecast vs orders and real sales
• Draft monthly reports on all customer’s KPI, sales and action plan
• Lead weekly customer meetings to ensure all KPI and relevant information is discussed
• Responsible for the preparation of all QBR packs and set dates with customers
• Meeting with all departments regarding changes and customer requirements
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned i.e projects, SOP’s
• Require to data capture for quarterly Stock Takes.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
• Computer Literacy MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, Company Software, Embrace, design software
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and selling skills
• Analysis and interpretation of data
• Ability to produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails

Minimum Experience Required:
• 3/5 years’ experience in customer service for the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Matric
• Diploma in Sales or Marketing
