Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with pre-sales and after-sales customer liaison
• Polite, helpful and positive attitude with customers at all times
• Follow up on customer problems, requests etc.
• Handle all paperwork and administration relating to new customers and existing customers and responsible for processing orders by telephone, email, internal systems and Pastel.
• Maintain the momentum of delivery of new orders by communicating with other departments internally to manage the clients expectations in terms of delivery dates and deal with the technical department to resolve any product or technical queries
• Provide assistance to management
• Maintain sales records and update customer records which includes information on sales by product type, price and region and any other information that sales managers use to prepare reports and monitor performance.
• General Office duties

Job Requirements:
Grade 12
Pastel Experience
High level of computer literacy with particular reference to MS Excel
1 Year proven administrative experience essential

Knowledge & Skills:
• Excellent organisational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration
• Must be able to work accurately with great attention detail to process orders quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communicators in order to work with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers.
• Require good clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills.

Valid SA driver’s license & own car essential

R 6,000.00 basic + commission(negotiable)
