Job Description:

Seeking an individual with strong business etiquette, effective professional communications skills and a very high standard of both spoken and written English to communicate with global customers on a daily basis.
Will be responsible for monitoring and managing global inventories, forecasting sales and production levels to plan for materials needed.
Will often need to track delivery performance and response time, as well as handle capacity planning and various logistics projects and therefore need to be an analytical person and an efficient multi-tasker, preferably with ERP system experience.
Responsible to manage and report on monthly sales orders, drive invoice targets, budget planning etc and need a good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail is vital for scheduling and processing important data on the Sage System (sales, purchase orders, stock control, invoicing etc).
You need to own great interpersonal skills, be flexible, adaptable, self-motivated and be able to successfully work independently and as part of a team.
Should be proficient and experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
5-7 year relevant experience
