Customer Relations Manager LH3702JV
• Be the primary POC for the senior customer group and establish a working relation with the senior client representative
• Manage the high level Gantt and ensure that the project is delivered according to the agreed schedule.
• Represent the customer's interests while supporting the overall business objectives of the company.
• Meet with the customer as required on a formal and informal basis to understand the customer's needs, issues and satisfaction with the company.
• Academic diploma or similar degree in relevant subject
• Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Management preferably.
• At least 7 years experience in project management
• PMP or equivalent
• High level of English proficiency- verbal, reading and writing
