A MOUNTAIN BIKING AND OUTDOOR SHOP OUTSIDE STELLENBOSCH AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TRAIL CENTRE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the Dirtopia Trail Centre including Sales and Bike Rentals.
Opening, closing and cash-up procedures for the shop
First port of call for all customers/tourists arriving at the Trail Centre
Answer telephones and enquiries from customers and tourists
Data capturing and office admin
Assisting with orders and organising of coffee sales and light take-away meals

REQUIREMENTS

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Proficient in English and Afrikaans – a good communicator
Qualification in hospitality, tourism, administration and sales (or similar)
Own reliable transport
Trustworthy, neat and very organized
Typing speed of 40+ wpm
Detail oriented and thorough
Can perform under stress and work as part of a team
Must be a ‘people person’ with good communication skills
Reside in Stellenbosch, Paarl or Kuilsrivier/Brackenfell area, NON NEGOTIABLE!

SCHEDULE AND REMUNERATION
The shop is open from Monday – Sunday (08:00 – 17:00) and you will be required to work at least two weekends per month. (Please do not apply for this position if you are not able to work the required days and hours)
Remuneration: This will depend on qualifications and experience. From R10000 per month.
