Job description
Our client is looking for a customer relationship consultant for their Johannesburg office. Ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role for two years.

2) Responsibilities include
a. Relationship consulting
i. Calling on existing client base
ii. Presenting client and related products to existing clients using PowerPoint and an actual product demonstration
iii. Relationship management
iv. Feedback of client performance
v. Contract renewal negotiation
vi. Client retention
vii. Selling updates/upgrades to existing customers
viii. CRM Database maintenance
