Innovative medical devices manufacturer is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to support a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and retain customers, whilst increasing brand awareness of their product.
The desired candidate should be an expert in customer and market sentiment and devise strategies to engage in an effective manner as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Diagnostic Radiography (Brad) or equivalent clinical qualification
• Minimum 5 years product management experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.
• Solid commercial marketing/product /sales experience in medical device industry.
• Proven experience in the government health sector is essential.
• Knowledge of X-ray equipment and protocols – essential.
• Knowledge of the health sector locally and regionally -advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Support Sales with onboarding, monitoring, and evaluation of distributors against agreed performance criteria.
