Requirements:
Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
Previous customer relationship experience
Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
Valid Code 08 drivers licence and own reliable transport
Candidate must be computer literate
MS Office

Duties:
Being accountable for retention of revenue for the branch
Leadership of the Business Development team, to ensure targets are met
Ensure that BDM staff retain their business
Monitoring the down-traders for the branch monthly
Training and development of BDM's
Overseeing the setup of all new customers
Building relationships with customers
Able to deal with customers at an Executive level
Resolving customer queries
Management reports
Managing a small portfolio of Top branch accounts
