Our multi-National client within the chemical sector is looking for a CSO to join their team:
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is required to work together with customers and business account managers to provide and process information in response to sales, queries and requests about products and services. In this role, duties will include:
• Effective Sales Order Management, order receipt and acknowledgement, checking product availability,
order entry, keeping the customer updated as to the order status, handling sample stock and processes.
• Proactively support Credit Management to ensure minimal dunning issues and effective credit limits on customer accounts.
• Purchase Order Management to ensure that product is available at the right place at the right time.
• Inventory Management, balance, execute, monitor and communicate supply and demand.
• Ensure Customer and Product Master data is up to date and correct at all times.
• Process Non Conformances with relations to processes, customers and order adjustments.
• Taking responsibility for and resolving all sales and customer related queries through the available channels and platforms.
• On time, accurate and visible reporting on related information.

Requirements:
• University degree within relevant field or equivalent qualification.
• 4 – 6 years experience with proven track record in Sales or Supply Chain.
• Solid SAP experience and Microsoft Office computer skills are essential for this role.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and project management ability are essential for this role.
