CUSTOMER SALES SUPPORT – NELSPRUIT:

The responsibilities of the position include:
• Assisting the Account Manager in meeting monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets;
• Manage Sales Managers dairy.
• Providing the full range of customer service functions related to the position;
• Following up on all customer orders and confirming date of delivery;
• Database management;
• Actively finding solutions to client needs;
• Proactively keeping up with customers current stock levels so as to remind them to re-order;
• Actively participating in finding solutions for the customer needs;
• General office administration

To be considered for the position you should meet at least the following essential criteria:
• A matric qualification, together with two years’ experience in Customer Service Support position;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Professional appearance, together with the ability to liaise, interact and communicate with customers;
• Strong analytical and lateral thinking abilities;
• Good Computer literacy – Advanced Excel and MS Word , Power point, SYSPRO experience essential
• Numeracy skills.
• Good writing skills.
• The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis;
• Engaging personality, enthusiastic, persistent & hard working;
• Competency in independently planning and running with campaigns and initiatives.
• A methodical approach, with fanatical attention to detail.

Salary Package:
• R10 000.00 - R12 000 per month (Negotiable) Plus Pension fund Plus 50% Medical Aid
