Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute individually and as a member of a team to ensure service levels meet agreed client and internal standards
• Handle all customer financial details such as customer account information, credit card details and banking account information with relevant integrity and confidentiality
• Deliver a quality service to all customers to ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Achieve and deliver effective level of personal work, activities, and high level of performance to meet individually set objectives

REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• Minimum 12 months Call Centre experience
• Eloquent English Vocabulary
• Clear credit and good criminal record.
• Both customer and quality focused.
• Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone and/or email.

WHAT THE POSITION OFFERS:
o Basic salary (depending on your experience)
o Performance Bonus of up to 20% of your basic.

o Free transport is provided and is available for shifts that end at 7pm onwards.

o Shift allowance. (paid in arrears, you must work the implemented shifts first).
