Customer Service Advisor – Johannesburg

As a Customer Care Advisor you will be primarily responsible for processing of the orders in a timely and accurate manner as well as answering to our client’s queries. The objective of this role is to ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction in order to meet the companies goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling of any queries received from customer or potential customers
• Following up with couriers with regards to short/over or non-deliveries
• Ensure that all potential credits are processed and approved on the authorization system
• General sending of documentation on customer request
• Effectively communicate with the customer, distribution center, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role
• Living in the area of Johannesburg
• Matric certificate

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of Afrikaans
• Previous experience in a call center
• Ability to work in a high paced environment
