Job Purpose

To assist UK Retail customers with orders and sales related queries and use your customer service and negotiation skills to drive exceptional customer experience and a high performing sales team, ensuring quality and compliance standards are adhered to at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 years’ working experience in a sales environment within the Retail sector or a customer contact centre.
• Exposure to the Financial Services environment will be advantageous
• Computer literacy essential
• Excellent command of English language, written and verbal
• Ability to work shifts essential
• Clear credit and criminal record
