The Unlimited is actively recruiting 10 Full Time Customer Service Advisors to join their growing Contact Centre team located in Pinetown, Durban.
The Call Centre is the first point of contact to our customers.
The customer’s experience is vitally important and therefore this role will find you dealing with a wide range of queries in a professional and prompt manner. This role will involve communicating to our customers via telephone, email and social media channels. You will deal with a range of enquires relating to short term housing, repairs and maintenance, care and support, rents, leasehold service charges.
You will ensure customers feel valued and that their queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

This full time role is based on a 9 hour day, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm. This role is a permanent role, with the possibility of taking ownership and running the business.

Please be aware the salary for this is based on a very high commission basis only (R200 per sale)
As well as added bonuses, incentives and rewards through out.

Please be aware if successful, you will be on full time training for the first 3 weeks from 8.00am - 5.00pm before you fulfil your role as a Customer Service Advisor at The Unlimited, Pinetown.

Who we are looking for

Minimum of Matric or NQF 4 or 5

We are looking for individuals who have a real passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, and to work well within a team environment. Previous experience of working in a customer service environment is advantageous but not essential.

Previous experience of working with customers on a daily basis is advisable.
You will possess strong IT skills and be familiar with updating database records and be fluent in Afrikaans or English.
