Customer Service Advisors
Role primarily involves managing inbound calls from end customers. Responsibilities include receiving/making outbound calls, taking action on incoming queries, making required negotiations, upselling, updating the system, taking required action and escalation handling.

Minimum Requirements:
-Matric Certificate
-Clear criminal record and clear ITC record
A minimum of 2 years’ experience
