A leading UK Cellular Network provider is seeking experienced Customer Service Specialist to service their UK Customers.
Are you passionate about delighting Customers?

Must haves:
? Clear Credit and Criminal Record
? Grade 12 or equivalent certification
? English first language qualification at Matric level or similar proven English language skill (Essential)
? Advanced computer literacy - ability to speedily navigate various screens and systems effectively (Essential)
? Numeracy Skills (Essential)
? Minimum 6 months customer service experience (Essential)

What will you earn?
? Training hourly rate at R29 per hour
? Hourly Rate paid R32 per hour

? Monthly Incentive on meeting KPI

When will you work?
? Monday to Sunday including SA public holidays
? The contact centre will be open from 9am – midnight
? Scheduled to work rotational shifts.
