Tracking company requires the services of a Customer Service Agent-Customer Service Department. We require a diligent and hardworking individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.

• Ensure that internal and external customers’ experience and service quality is increase at all times.
• Ensure that all internal and external customers’ queries and complaints are resolved timeously.
• Take ownership and responsibility of every request to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Ensure that constant feedback is provided to all parties timeously.
• Operate and administer all calls received ensuring messages and information is correctly processed the first time, every time.
• Allocate leads & queries to correct hub and follow up until complete
• Ensuring that electronic communication received within the Client Service Division is handled efficiently in line with SLA’s and standards.
• Assistance with data-integrity campaigns as the need arise.
• Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor as the need arise to ensure exceptional and efficient service.


Matric coupled with 2-3 years working experience in a Contact Centre or relevant tertiary qualification with one year contact centre experience
• A passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times.
• Extensive knowledge of product support within Tracker will be a advantage
• Knowledge of Tracker products and systems would be an added advantage.
• The incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to pay attention to details.
• The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurised environment.
• The ability to work in an environment where multi-skilling is required.
