Sanclare Financial has been in
existence for the past 12 years with offices in the United Kingdom as well as
in Diep River, Cape Town.

Our Cape Town office is currently expanding and we are looking for well
spoken, customer-centric individuals with personal drive and commitment
to complement our existing team of more than 200 employees.

Objective of
job:

This position involves
working as part of a team of Customer Service Agents, primarily on the
telephone in an inbound and outbound Contact Centre environment.

The ideal candidate will have: ·
An excellent command of the English language, with
a neutral accent

· Matric/Grade 11(minimum) OR 6 months relevant
working experience (in a customer-focused role)

· Call Centre environment experience

· Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of
at least 20 wpm and good accuracy

· Ability to work rotational shifts - Mondays to Sundays
including Public Holidays. (The latest shift currently is until 11pm.)

· Clear Credit and Criminal Record

· An understanding of the UK market
