Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Must have at least 3 years experience working in a Consumer complaint resolution environment
At least 3 years Inbound and outbound call centre / customer service experience
Must have good Telephone etiquette/writing skills and experience in handling irate customers
Must have a User-level understanding of web and mobile technology
3 years+ Written (email), and verbal communication
Must be able to communicate fluently (read, speak, write) in English and Afrikaans
