The responsibilities of the position include:
? Attend to all customer service related queries timeously and ensure that queries are attended to within SLA.
? Ensure that all statement queries are attended to effectively and within agreed upon SLAs.
? Administration of loan terminal reports.
? Administration of manual capability requests.
? Update all merchant details accurately on relevant systems.
? Facilitate merchant’s cancellation process and ensure that POS devices are collected, and relevant systems updated.
? Keep relevant MIS up to date
? Data integrity and system compliance
? Data Analysis and interpretation

In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:
? Matric
? Completed Accounting Diploma/Degree (Non-negotiable)
? Completed customer service course/training
? Min 2 years Card Acquiring/issuing service
? Min 2 years working experience in Card/Merchant Administration
? Knowledge of RICA and KYC requirements
? Ability to read and interpret account statements
? Proven customer support experience
? Strong telephone contract handling skills and active listening
? Customer orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters
? Excellent communication and presentation skills ? Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
? Ability to interpret and analyse data
? Must be MS Office proficient especially Excel and Word
? Familiar with CRM systems
? Familiar with operation of Card and POS Devices
