Duties Include:
Resolve and handle customer enquiries
Log all customer interactions
Respond to customer interactions/submissions within set guidelines
Escalate administration requests
Proactively identify and escalate customers with overdue payments
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints at the first point of contact in line with company policy and where possible prevent complaints from escalating.
Proactively identify and escalate potentially fraudulent accounts
Requirements:
Experience in a Customer Service Call Centre is essential (+3 years BPO dealing with international clients minimum)
Matric essential (Maths advantageous)
Excellent verbal, written communication and comprehension skills
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
PC Literacy using MS Outlook
