Our client, a specialist financial services company that provides customers with a direct connection to loans and insurance are currently looking for the best Outbound Sales Consultants to grow within their already very successful Sales Team.

Duties:
• Handling outbound calls
• Handling objections
• Adapting and responding to change
• Deciding and initiating action
• Performing well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Results Driven/Achievement orientated

Requirements:

• Matric qualification essential
• 1 year experience within a Sales Outbound Call Centre
• FAIS Compliant: NQF Level 4 (Short-term/Long-term insurance), advantageous
• Financial services and insurance sales experience advantageous
• Fluent in English and 1 other South African official language
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Fully Computer Literate (MS Office)
• SA Citizens Only
