Key Requirements:
? Grade 12
? Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in a call centre:
? Customer Service and/or
? Sales and/or
? Collections
? Exposure to financial services environment (advantageous)
? Computer (literacy essential)
? MS Outlook
? MS Excel
? Internet Explorer
? Excellent command of English language, speak with a clear neutral accent
? Ability to work shifts essential
? Clear credit and criminal record
? Professional Designation preferred
? Own reliable transport (essential)
Remuneration:
Salary of R 7500.00 per month
