? Uses customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience
? Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
? Proactively communicates system and process issues, and customer feedback trends to management


The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a relevant qualification
? 1 – 2 years’ experience in a related position
? Fluent in German & English (written & verbal)
? Excellent computer skills
? Excellent customer service abilities
? Great problem solving abilities
? Strong time management skills
? Action oriented and self-disciplined
? Organized and detail-oriented
