ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Provide exceptional member service.
Perform routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, account maintenance, cashier's checks and money orders.
Maintain and balance cash and other negotiable instruments.
Resolve basic problems and refer to other departments as necessary.

Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.
May also include support functions such as verifying, scanning, filing and reporting.
