My client is a Medical Device company who seeks to employ an Afrikaans speaking Customer Services Clerk

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
1-2 Years Customer Service experience
Experience in the Healthcare industry will be and advantage
Fluent in Afrikaans (this is a must)
Computer Literate (ACCPAC, Windows, Excel and Word)

Role

Handling customer orders
Handling back orders
Handling Purchase orders
Handling customer Quotes and Queries
Following up on Quotes
Preparing a variety of reports and correspondence.
