RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR for a large international concern, position based along the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
English speaking person (must be able to speak, read and write English competently).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Relevant qualification.
3yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position.
Person will be required to ensure that customer orders, pricing and debtors processes are efficiently and effectively executed and that the daily tasks are monitored and staff supervised for the required customer satisfaction.
Would only suit someone who is confident working with figures (calculations, etc).
This position would only suit a high organised individual with excellent client liaison skills.
