We are looking to hire a customer centric individual who would provide the highest level of Customer Support to European clients via telephonic / live chat and email support.
Your above average English language skills coupled with your native speaking GERMAN language is ESSENTIAL for this role. Ability to speak, read and write French in addition will be of advantage.

Forming part of the existing team offering room for growth and advancement into other dimensions of the business, including but not limited to translations and digital marketing for those showing ambition, commitment, initiative and drive!

Requirements & Skills:
1-2 years experience in Customer Service, online Lottery and Gaming industry preferred
Ability to speak, read and write German and French fluently
Minimum Grade 12/Matric qualification
Computer literate, ability to type
