Customer Service Consultant
Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch,
has a position available for a Customer Service Consultant
Key Requirements:
• NQF Level 4 – Matric (Grade 12)
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
• 1 Years customer service/sales or call centre experience
Key Competencies:
• Strong Administration Skills
• Customer focused
• Excellent Communication Skills
Key Performance Areas:
• Handle all incoming calls, emails or any electronic media from customers (timeously)
• Contact all current clients allocated within a 3 month call cycle for general service calls
• Making weekly courtesy calls to new clients for a period of a month
• Setup and confirmation of Account manager and regional manager’s appointments
• Attending to daily/weekly administrative reports and supplying feedback
• Ensuring that customer profiles are updated on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management system)
• Capture all calls, leads from Account and Regional managers and general communications in the CRM
Based on experience and qualification we offer the following:
• Basic salary: negotiable and commission
