A telecommunications company is seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service to take on this opportunity.
Successful candidates will undergo a 6 week training period, paid at R23 per hour, thereafter they will be paid R27 per hour

Job Description:

Handling inbound calls relating to customer queries & requests
Transferring customers to relevant department relating to their query / request
Assisting customers according to company standards
Datacapturing (typing)

Job Requirements:

Able to work shifts between 6:00am and 12:00am, 7 days a week, with scheduled days off
Matric
Call Centre experience
Retail experience within a cellular environment
Good command of English language
Clear criminal & credit record
Excellent telephone manner
Able to multi task
