The basics - to apply you’ll need:

A Matric or equivalent
6 months’ unbroken work experience within customer service
Candidates from Retail / Hospitality and fresh from university will also be considered for this position
Good written and verbal communications skills
Good Computer skills (MS Office)

Main duties include (but are not limited to)

· Providing telephonic and email customer service support to international customers

· Ensuring that transactions are processed according to company standards

· Ensuring that the assigned targets are met

· Ensuring high quality standards are maintained within predefined parameters

· Ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and procedures

· Ensuring fair methods are used to upsell additional cover as per guidelines given

· Focusing on customer satisfaction, rapport building, effective communication and timely resolution of the customer’s concerns
