Key responsibilities:
- Telephonic / face to face counter sales
- Resolving customer complaints / processing claims
- Customer liaison, following up on leads, telesales and quotations
- Checking invoices, ensuring GRV's collate with the order
- Daily banking ensuring that cash balances
- Ensuring that filing is up to date to track documents
- Debtors - collections of outstanding monies against statements
- Stock control - place orders, receive and despatch stock
- Ad hoc duties as required by the position

Minimum requirements / qualifications:
Matric Certificate
