RS Recruitment is assisting an organisation in the CORPORATE TRAINING industry to recruit a CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT. This position is based at their offices in WESTVILLE and reports to the GM.

OUR CLIENT HAS BEEN PROVIDING RELEVANT AND VALUALBE SKILLS TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS OWERS IN KZN FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS.

Purpose of the Role:

To generate sales through direct customer contacts and by delivering exceptional customer service and administration.

Applicants should be/have the following:

A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in sales and new business development.
A sales and marketing qualification, an advantage.
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
First rate negotiation skills.

Remuneration:
